For sale is my 1964 Freeman 22 Mk II, a classic 22ft British river cruiser currently moored near Long Eaton on the River Trent.
This is a running and usable boat with a current Boat Safety Scheme certificate valid to January 2029. I have recently carried out mechanical, cosmetic and refurbishment work, although there are still some areas which the next owner could improve. Built in 1969,
she runs on 2 6 cylinder inboard Bedford 330 diesel engines.
Charley is a fine example of the rare soft top version of this type of

Complete boat is really water tight
New hood only around 6 weeks ago ( about a grand ), today the hull is bone dry (no pump) so there is no water ingress at all from the hull at all.
The new cover has sorted this boat out nicely!
Has a reconned engine a few years ago, it was completely repainted at the time its like a classic mini down there, really good starts on the key! same battery just sat there 8 weeks and started straight up! 1.1 Ford engine original fitting I would say.
