We have for sale, Hissy Fit, a Freeman 26 with a BMC1.5 engine, regularly serviced with paper trail and giving economical cruising. The engine bay is very well sound proofed.
Unlike most Freeman's that have petrol engines, Hissy Fit benefits from having this diesel engine and therefore easy access to fuel on The Broads.
Step into a roomy cockpit, with a very good condition, split cover. Being split, the back section can be removed for open air cruising, leaving the front section still in place, offering protection over the front area of the cockpit. The cockpit cover has roll up curtains.
The windscreen folds to enable travel under the bridges, obviously tide dependant.
The cockpit seating is in very good condition. Underneath the helm seat is a 12V electric fridge. Nice gauges, a windscreen wiper over the portside and a stereo.
Nice passenger seat and the floor is imitation teak and is in good condition.
Stepping down into the cabin, is the galley with a new worktop and underneath is a stainless steel sink and a 2 burner hob, grill and oven. There is a good size heads. Nice curtains and matching upholstery. Double V berth to the front and on the portside is a pull out double bed with good size wardrobe and shelves and a table for dining. There is a good amount of storage in the cabin, wired in solar panel, diesel heating, hot and cold water and shore power. A new Boat Safety certificate will be in place from January 2026 to run for 4 years.
